Purchase Agreement
This agreement regulates service delivery and payment behavior for NanoIP purchases.
This agreement is entered into by the NanoIP platform (the “Platform”) and the purchaser of services (the “User”). It exists only to regulate service delivery and user payment behavior, and the Platform reserves the right of final interpretation.
1. Nature of the Product
The platform provides network proxy access services. What the user purchases is a limited right to use, not ownership, exclusivity, or content delivery.
The platform does not promise, warrant, or assume responsibility for the accessibility or legality of any website, application, or resource.
2. Product Types
The platform offers static residential, static datacenter, dynamic residential, dynamic mobile, and dynamic unlimited proxy services.
Billing may be based on IP quantity, traffic, or subscription cycle, subject to the order page at checkout. The platform may adjust these terms unilaterally.
3. Subscription Rules
Subscription cycles include 30, 60, 90, and 180 days, as well as one year. Dynamic proxy plans may be traffic packages or unlimited plans.
Service stops immediately upon expiry. The platform has no obligation to remind the user and provides no grace period.
4. Traffic Calculation
Traffic is measured according to the platform’s system records and includes both upload and download traffic.
Differences in third-party supplier measurement do not affect the platform’s statistics, and the user unconditionally accepts the platform’s data.
5. Automatic Activation
After successful payment, the system activates the service automatically. The effective time is based on platform records.
Delays or missing balances do not constitute breach by the platform.
6. Automatic Renewal
Enabling automatic renewal is deemed authorization for the platform to charge automatically before expiry.
If the user fails to disable renewal and renewal occurs, no refund or cancellation will be provided.
7. Availability Statement
Proxy resources are shared resources. The platform does not guarantee connectivity rate, success rate, or stability.
The platform is not liable for unavailability caused by networks, target websites, IP changes, or third-party policies, and it does not guarantee that any IP can access any specific website.
8. Refund Policy
This service is an instantly delivered digital service. Once activated, it is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-convertible.
Only system faults or abnormal charges identified solely by the platform may be handled at the platform’s discretion, and the platform has the sole decision-making power.
9. Price Adjustment
The platform may adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
New prices apply to new orders and renewal orders. Purchased services are not price-protected.
10. Prohibited Uses
The user may not use the service for any illegal, non-compliant, infringing, attacking, crawling, stress-testing, or spam-related activity.
Once discovered, the platform may immediately suspend the account, issue no refund, provide no notice, and give no explanation.
11. Third-Party Resources
The service depends on third-party providers. If a third party changes, interrupts, or removes resources, the platform bears no responsibility and provides no compensation or extension.
12. Supplementary Provisions
The platform has the final right to interpret, modify, and update this agreement without separate notice to the user.
