This policy describes how NanoIP processes information related to platform use.

This policy clarifies the platform’s information-processing rules and excludes unnecessary platform liability. Use of the platform constitutes full consent.

1. Information Collection

The platform may collect email address, username, company name, region, login records, operation logs, orders, traffic usage, IP address, device data, and system logs.

Payment information is processed by third parties, and the platform assumes no responsibility for the security of payment information.

2. Information Use

Information may be used for service delivery, identity verification, order processing, risk control, optimization, customer service, security, compliance, and commercial promotion.

The platform may freely use information for compliance purposes, and the user has no right to object.

3. Logs and Traffic Data

The platform records operational data and does not guarantee that transmitted content will not be viewed, stored, or analyzed.

The user assumes the risk of privacy leakage, and the platform has no confidentiality warranty obligation.

4. Cookies

The platform may use cookies. If the user disables cookies and this causes functional issues, the user bears the consequences.

5. Information Sharing

The platform does not sell information, but it may share information with payment providers, infrastructure providers, service providers, regulators, and law-enforcement authorities.

Such sharing does not require prior notice to the user, and the user is deemed to consent.

6. Data Security

The platform adopts ordinary security measures but does not guarantee absolute security.

The platform is not liable for damages caused by data leakage resulting from hackers, vulnerabilities, or force majeure.

7. Retention Period

The platform retains data according to its own needs and compliance requirements and may retain anonymized data permanently.

8. User Rights

The user may inquire about, modify, or close the account.

The platform may refuse unreasonable requests, and account deletion does not eliminate legal liability that has already arisen.

9. Cross-Border Data

User data may be stored and processed across borders, and use of the platform constitutes unconditional consent.

10. Policy Updates

The platform may update this policy at any time. Updates take effect upon publication, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the new version.
